The Inner Workings Of TeenHealthFX / Question
Published: March 25, 2009
Dear TeenHealthFX,
This is not a question, but just some feedback about the site: I noticed the new way the questions and responses are posted, and I thought I would comment on them. I do not like the fact that they are now in small font and the paragraphs in the responses are not separated anymore. It makes everything harder to read. Also, I submitted a question and it was answered today, but the end of my question was cut off when it was printed. I saw that on a few other questions as well, and I think that there is no reason to do this unless there is some kind of profanity that was submitted. Otherwise, I really appreciate this site. You have answered a lot of my questions and I can't thank you enough for doing that for me.

Dear Feedback On The Site,
TeenHealthFX thanks you for your feedback on the site. Our goal is to make this site as helpful as possible to our readers, and we always appreciate any suggestions or comments people have as to how to improve TFX.
We apologize that the last ten posted questions/answers were difficult to read. We do plan on continuing to use paragraphs, bullets, and other writing formats that will make our answers as easy to read as possible. The printed responses to these last ten posted questions were due only to a technical glitche which has since been corrected. Hopefully you will now find the answer to your question easier to decipher.
As for some of the submitted questions being cut off, there is a character limit for submitted questions. If a posted question is cut off, it is because it exceeded the character limit and we were not able to see the question in its entirety (and therefore unable to post the entire question). We will certainly take your consideration into account and look for a way to better deal with this issue.
We are very pleased to hear that our site has been helpful to you. And, again, we thank you for your suggestions so we can continue to ensure that our site remains a helpful one to you and our many other readers.
Signed: TeenHealthFX
