Dear TeenHealthFX,
what times do you answer your questions? Like for example between 2:oo p.m. and 4:oo p.m.? I ask questions at 12:00 a.m. and it's too late I think for you to answer my questions and put them up the next day or when ever

There is no specific day or time of day that questions are posted. And, depending on the question, it may take several days before an answered question is posted. Questions that come in are checked daily by staff members at TeenHealthFX. If you submit a question in the middle of the night, it will be reviewed the following day by a staff member who will determine whether or not the question will be answered. Staff members do not decide which questions will be answered based on what day or time they come into the site, but based on such factors as whether or not the information being sought out is already present on our site and whether the question involves some kind of emergency situation.
That said, just because you posted a question at midnight and our staff are not present at that time of night to receive and review the question does not mean that it will automatically never be answered. It is possible that it may not be answered, but it is also possible that it will not be posted for a few days.
