Dear TeenHealthFX,

Hi. For a long time I've been getting headaches EVERY DAY after school. I normally will take Tylenol and they go away. What's causing these headaches??

Dear What Is Causing My Headaches?,

TeenHealthFX cannot give you an accurate diagnosis over the internet as to what is causing your headaches. Headaches can be caused by psychological factors, such as stress. However, headaches can also be a symptom of various medical conditions.

Since you get these headaches daily, FX recommends that you meet with a physician as soon as possible to get a better idea of where they are coming from. If you don't have a doctor and live in northern New Jersey, you can call the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at 973-971-6475 for an appointment or contact your local teen health center.
