Dear TeenHealthFX,

Read your response about white spots on finger nails, very accurate but you forgot one of the main culprits of white spots on finger nails is low zinc level, this should have been included in the factual sheet, this can be found in any medical information. A tremendous amount of people have low zinc levels because of all our processed food now and very few people know how important maintaining zinc levels is for your overall health. Thanks, XXXXX
