Dear Cold All The Time,

Many teens (and adults too) have trouble staying warm for many different reasons (check out our answer to "Often Cold" for more information on possible causes).

Whether your constant chill is a result of poor circulation is something that we cannot determine. Having a complete physical and your current health status evaluated by a physician may be the first place to start as you attempt to determine why you always feel cold.

Wearing layers is very smart, so keep doing that. Other tips for staying warm is to limit your time outside during cold or wet weather, wear socks and a hat, and drink warm fluids.
