My new boyfriend won't call me. I gave him my number 3 TIMES!!! What does a girl have to do? We kiss and hug. So does he like me yes or no? I really do.

TeenHealthFX cannot answer whether this guy likes you or not, only he can tell you that. It is very frustrating to have strong feelings for someone and not have those feelings returned. Since you did kiss and hug, perhaps he is just a bit scared to talk to you or maybe he thinks that you really do not like him. Even though you gave him your number 3 times maybe it is time you talked to him in person or even gave him a call.
If it turns out that he is not responding to you, then be honest and tell him straight out how you feel. It may be that this relationship is not meant to happen right now.
