I know this is a really common question, but I really like this guy, but I don't think he is interested in me, how can I get him to be interested?

This is a common interest for both girls and guys. If TeenHealthFX could give you the answer we would be millionaires, but unfortunately it is up to you to show this guy how you feel about him. First, does he know that you are interested in him? He may not even realize that you have feelings for him and may be as shy as you are at the moment. If he knows how you feel, he may feel less intimidated about talking to you. The most important thing to remember is to be yourself, do not act differently in order to impress him. You want a guy's interest to be genuine, or the relationship will always be uncomfortable.
In order to get him to know you, spark light conversations so that you can get to know him and vice versa. He may suddenly realize that you both have more in common than he thought. If you are already good friends, try and be honest with him about your feelings. However, there is a chance that his interest might not be the same as yours. If this is the case, remember that there are plenty of other guys who are probably interested. Do not get stuck on just one, you might end up missing out on another that is perfect for you!
