More Than Friends Or Just Friends / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
There is a certain guy who just keeps staring at me whenever I look at him & also refers to me as his gal. He keeps track of my each and everything but without me knowing it. He does everything for me without really showing it. He doesn't want me to know that he is doing it. Whenever I look at him I find him staring in my eyes. He admitted several times he likes my style but doesn't love me. My friends say he is a flirt & is simply having fun. Should I believe them? Or does he really love me & is afraid of admitting?

Judging by this "certain guy's" behavior, it is not really clear what signals he is sending. It does seem that he likes to control the action. Some people like to be mysterious as a way of seeming more interesting.
What is important here is how do you feel about him and the situation? If he is making you uncomfortable you need to tell him to stop. If he does not, tell your parents or a school administrator. If you find his behavior charming, talk to him and ask about his feelings. The best relationships and friendships are built on honesty not mind games.
