Dear TeenHealthFX,
How do you set someone up to go out?

Dear Matchmaker,
Well, TeenHealthFX guesses the first thing you need to get is permission. Are they okay with you taking matters into your own hands? If so, go for it! If not, respect their wishes.
If you get permission, you have a couple of options:
- In more of a backseat kind of role, you could just pass along phone numbers with some personal information, like hometown, favorite band, least favorite food. Then let them take it from there.
- In a more active role, you could actually set up the meeting. Maybe as a group you all could go to a movie or a school-sporting event and have them meet amongst their friends (a bit more casual). Or possibly arrange a "double-date" - maybe you and a friend could meet them and go for dinner. And of course, you could always just set up a meeting for the two of them alone - a nice restaurant or a coffee house, maybe.
Either way you chose, you did your job. The rest is up to them.
