Breasts & Bras / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
I am currently wearing a bra a night. My mom told me it is good to wear a bra at night, but I read somewhere that to aid circulation in the breast one should not wear a bra at night. I am confused please help.

Wearing a bra to bed is an individual choice. Some women prefer it while others find it to constricting. As far as circulation, as long as the bra properly fits you then this should not be a problem. When a garment interferes with circulation it is usually because it is too tight or restrictive.
