Penis Size / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
I am a 15-year-old male and have pubic hair above my penis. I have a lot of hair, but my penis is very small (about 1-2 inches not erected, and about 4.5 when erected). I'm wondering if it will get bigger or not. Thanks for your help.
