I have this burning feeling in my left testicle. I've had it for like a week now and I was wondering if it could be considered serious.

TeenHealthFX definitely thinks you should get this checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. It is impossible for TeenHealthFX to diagnose what is wrong over the Internet. There could be many possibilities for the burning. It could be skin related such as fungus or eczema or it could be an infection or even a physical cause like a groin pull.
A doctor will be able to evaluate the burning feeling in your testicle. This is something you should have checked out very soon as some of these causes are more serious than others.
