The other day my boyfriend was over here, and I only had my underwear on (it was kind of like a thong so not extreme coverage) and he had on his boxers. The thing is his penis was out of the little slip in the boxers, and I didn't know that. And I was on him very close and tightly. Is there any way I could be pregnant?

The female egg is made in the ovary and released into the fallopian tube 2 weeks before you get your period. If the egg does NOT come in contact with a sperm, which is in the male semen, then you do not become pregnant and you get your period.
The fallopian tubes are pretty far away from the opening to the vagina. Therefore, the semen needs to be ejaculated into the vagina in order to find the egg. Since you had your underwear on and he didn't ejaculate inside of you, the likelihood of you becoming pregnant is low.
However, it does sound like you are getting close to having sex with your boyfriend, so remember to use condoms to protect both of you from infections and from pregnancy. Always practice safe sex!
