Penis Size / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
I would just like to make a point to all those 13 - 14 year old males who have not ejaculated yet or are worried about the size of their penis. When I was 14, I had a 3 inch (erect) penis and hadn't ejaculated. I was also very small. I thought puberty would never arrive. Now, at 17, I have a 6 - inch penis, am average height and have a girlfriend with whom I am sexually active. DON'T WORRY!!! Is the best advice I can give. You will eventually mature and have absolutely nothing to worry about. BTW - I love the site - keep up the good work!

Thanks very much for giving your perspective on this issue. As you have no doubt noticed, we get many, many questions here at TeenHealthFX regarding sexual development, and particularly on what is "normal". As helpful as we hope that it is for teens to hear from the medical community on this subject, there is nothing like getting the scoop straight from the horse's mouth! To know that someone your own age has gone through a similar situation and emerged just fine - doing great, even - is a tremendous help.
