Yes, there is - Ask, Talk, Communicate! And, keep asking, talking and communicating. This is the best way to tell if what your partner is experiencing feels good and "turns" her on!
Sexual activity of any kind whether it is intercourse, oral sex or even heavy petting is an intimate activity that should be shared by people who care very much about each other. Along with this caring should be the ability to talk about what feels good and what doesn't.
Some people may ask; Is there a way you can tell if a female or male is turned on? without posing the question. This answer is a little more complicated because the body does go through stages of excitement, but this does not necessarily mean that what the person is experiencing is pleasurable.
