Not typically, no. The only way that TeenHealthFX can think of that you would gain weight as a result of sexual intercourse would be if you were to become pregnant.
If you are already having sex, or thinking about becoming sexually active, be sure to practice safe sex. You should have nothing to worry about when it comes to your waistline.
