Often I have an itchy problem on the penis,could you suggest an over the counter treatment

FX can understand why you are concerned, but we cannot recommend that you treat your itchy penis with something over-the counter without first being seen by a doctor.  It may be something like Jock Itch, but it could be something else - only your doctor will know for sure. It is important that you see a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan in place.
