When I was young I remember many times when my clitoris was bruised- it was very painful and purplish black in color. Could this have had any lasting effects on the sensitivity of my clitoris today?

We are not sure why your clitoris would be bruised and painful, so we don't know what kind of effect it would have on you today. We urge you to see a doctor about this. While it's a sensitive issue, it's something that can only be diagnosed in person.
