TeenHealthFX is not able to tell you for certain if these brown spots are normal. We recommend that you talk with your mother about going to the doctor for an exam. The discolorations on your breasts are probably not serious, but without seeing them it is impossible to tell what is up.
You are a bit unclear as to their shape, consistency and size. The sun, acne or multiple other things can cause spots or marks on the breast.
Go to a doctor and get checked out. He or she will be able to give you a proper diagnosis and reassurances.
