Breasts: They Come In All Shapes & Sizes / Question
Published: February 27, 2001

Dear TeenHealthFX,

If you increase food intake during the time you think your breasts are growing will they become larger?

Signed: Bigger Breasts From Food

Dear Bigger Breasts From Food,

The simple answer is no, your breast will not grow larger if you increase your food intake. Assuming that you are eating healthy, your breast will grow at a rate that is proportional to the rest of your body. However if you become very overweight, your breast could become somewhat larger. Obviously becoming overweight would bring with it many undesirable effects.

The best thing you can do is eating right and regular exercise and nature will take care of the rest. Be proud of who you are and share your gifts with the world.
