Dear TeenHealthFX,

I am 18-year-old male. Will my penis grow anymore?

Dear Penis Growth At 18,

The penis stops growing when you reach the conclusion of puberty. Since puberty onset and duration varies so much among young men there is no specific age that would indicate the process has been completed.

So at 18 there is a possibility that your penis size may increase. It is more likely that it would increase in girth instead of length since this seems to occur during the final stages of growth.

Some men feel very upset and maybe even embarrassed because of their penis size. This is just one part of your body and personality. There are many other parts to you.

Many males commonly feel upset about their body and the changes it is going through. If you feel that something is wrong with you or are insecure about your body and the way it looks, seek some help and guidance from your doctor. Try not to be embarrassed discussing things like this with your doctor. Doctors are trained in dealing with sexuality related issues and will reassure you that everything is okay.
