Yes, you can definitely pre-ejaculate and not have any feeling of it. Matter of fact this is quite common.
Pre-ejaculatory fluids does contain sperm and semen, which can lead to pregnancy and STD infection. This means that when a male is sexually active, he needs to use a condom from the very beginning of his sexual experience - before there is any contact with another person.
