Dear Want To Get In Shape Fast,
You have discovered what most people have come to find out - that there is no easy way or miracle drug that you can take to get into shape. Exercising and Eating Healthy are the only true way to get your body looking the way you want it to. Being physically fit should be a life goal not just for a 2-month period. It sounds like your are under pressure to look good perhaps for a certain event. Remember it is most important that you look good only for yourself. If this goal is to please yourself then it is a safe one, but getting in shape in order to impress others or look like someone you not is not health, nor fair to you!
The protein supplements that you have been trying can be dangerous. Many of the over the counter bulk builders that you buy in nutritional centers contain hormones and other ingredients that may be destructive to your body, especially during this portion of your development. You are a 14 year old male, therefore you are probably in puberty. Within the next 5 years you will grow in height and in strength; it is only a matter of time. If you want to continue using the weight gainers be sure to ask your doctor which one would be the safest.
Going to the gym everyday is a good start to getting into shape, but be sure not to overdo it. Leave at least 2 days a week for resting your muscles. On the other 5 days do a mixture of cardiovascular exercise (running, biking, etc.) and also strength training. Together they will give you the tone and definition you are probably looking for. Try not to put a time limit on this if you don't have to. Getting into shape in a healthy manner takes time, and right now your body is growing and may not be able to bulk up just the way you want it to. Our bodies have their own plan, we can only hope to mold them into what we want, but that mold doesn't always come out the way we planned. It is our job to fuel our body with the proper nutrients and give it exercise and it will do the rest.
