Dear Eating A Healthy Diet,
is a great place to start on your way to a healthier lifestyle. In order to eat a healthy diet you do not have to be perfect or even restrict those foods that you love. The easiest way to eat well and get all the nutrients that you need to grow and function properly is to follow the food pyramid. It breaks down each food group and how many servings from each group that you should have everyday. Especially important during your teen years is the milk and cheese group from which you obtain most of your daily calcium for strong bones.
