Dear Want Some Tips On Losing Weight,
What you need to ask yourself is what would you like your body to look like. Then ask yourself, is this a realistic expectation for your age, body type and bone structure. Many young women are influenced by what they see in magazines or by comparing themselves to their friends. What they fail to consider is that we all people are different because of our genetic makeup. Some people are very fortunate because their metabolism allows them to eat what they want without gaining weight. The majority of people are greatly influenced by the food they put into their body and have to monitor their intake. You should be aware that your weight is right for your height according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator.
By eating healthy and getting regular exercise you will be doing your body a big favor. Not only will your body get the nutrients it needs but also you will be able to maintain a weight that is healthy.
If you are not sure how to get started you could consult a nutritionist, nurse or doctor. Any of these professionals can help you design a program that is right for you and give you the results you want. If you continue to be unhappy with your body you may want to consult a mental health professional to explore your feelings about your appearance. Sometimes how you feel on the inside can distort what you see on the outside.
