I would like to know what kind of exorcizes help to lose weight especially to turn my legs thinner? Thank you.

Dear Exercise For Thinner Legs,
Any exercise can burn calories and fat. This along with eating healthy will help you maintain a proper weight. You cannot isolate a specific area of your body for weight and spot reduction. For example if someone loses weight in their thighs, they will also lose weight or size in the upper portions of their body.
Remember that everybody's bone structure and muscle mass is different. Some people through genetic disposition will have thinner or shapelier legs then others. What it comes down to it, doing the best with what you have got, is all any of us can do.
There are many exercises and aerobic machines that will help tone and shape your legs. Walking, riding a bike, climbing stairs or playing a sport are all excellent ways to stay fit and build endurance. Keep in mind that if you do strength training with weights you may build muscle mass in your legs, which will increase their size.
If you are just beginning an exercise program, take your time and make sure to warm up with stretching and light aerobics. Over doing it can lead to burnout or possible injury. Be patient and give your body time to adapt. Results will come your way.
