I have huge thighs, butt and calves. What is the best way to lose weight in the lower area of my body?

Dear Large Lower Body,
There are no miracle exercises that TeenHealthFX can give you to make you lose weight in the lower part of your body. Spot reducing just does not work.
The only way to work on your lower body is to work on your whole body. Eating healthy and exercising does work on your whole body. You should not do fad diets or try any exercise plan that promises to shape up one particular part of your body.
If you are going to start an exercise program or any diet, check with your doctor for a good plan. When you begin to exercise, try to do one half hour of aerobic exercise when you work out combined with some strength training 3 - 4 times per week in order to tone your muscles. If you go to a gym, you may want to consult a trainer.
Also, try not to be to overly concerned with your lower body, your genes often times have more control over what you are going to look like than you do. Be happy with who you are as a person and treat your body right.
