Dear What Is The Difference Between Vaping And Smoking Marijuana?,
Marijuana, also known as, "weed"
can be used in a variety of ways. By "weed pen" we assume you mean
vaping and "weed bowl" is smoking marijuana with a pipe or bong. Both
can be equally dangerous and depending on where you live may even be illegal. In
short, even though they may be different, they are still equally hazardous.
According to HealthLine.com, even though they
are different, both vaping and smoking carry risks and are dangerous to a
person’s health. When a person smokes anything - a cigarette, cigar, or even
marijuana, it poses dangers to the lungs and can also cause damage to other
organs. When a person is smoking marijuana, the user tends to hold it in their
lungs longer exposes them to more cancer-causing elements like tar.
A vape pen is equally dangerous because the
"vape" is not water vapor, it is an aerosol spray (like hairspray).
Check out a recent a question we answered on vaping here on the dangers of
vaping. Unfortunately, many people believe that vaping is less dangerous when,
vaping THC has been linked to most vape related deaths. The CDC explains that
using THC oil in vape products can contain vitamin E acetate which is very
dangerous when inhaled into the lungs and causes what is known as popcorn lung,
shortness of breath, or extreme lung damage.
We hope this helps answer your question.
