What Are Signs of Pregnancy on the First Day?
In early pregnancy, the signs and symptoms can range as follows:
First, sign/symptom of being pregnant is missing a period. Your menstrual (period) cycle starts on the first day of your period and on average lasts about 28 days. If after 28-32 days, you notice you did not get your period, it is a sign you may be pregnant.
Mayo clinic explains, additional signs and symptoms of pregnancy as nausea/vomiting, swollen/painful to touch breasts, or feeling extra tired.
