The myhealthfinder.gov tool is maintained by the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in collaboration with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

This tool allows you to view which preventive services you or a loved one may need this year. Enter your age and sex to view doctor recommendations such as screenings and vaccinations, as well as other health education topics.

You can also find health services near you, including doctors, dentists, various healthcare providers, as well as healthcare facilities such as hospitals and community health centers.
