White Noise App
Statistics show teens are not getting nearly enough sleep. Sleep is important to help us focus, do our best, and to get through each day. If you have a hard time falling asleep and are distracted by thoughts and/or sounds, try the app called White Noise Lite.
This app has a variety of white noise features to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. You can also create your own mix, download music, and even track your sleep patterns!
