Goopy Urine

Published: December 12, 2017
Dear TeenHealthFX,
I had just turned 17. This thanksgiving i masturbated, with the best erection ive had in a long time, iorgasmed but didnt cum. I panicked a bit after searching the effects, then was hit by dizziness and tiredness with minor vision messup, and extreme heat, even though it was slightly inbetween cool and normal, lots of sweating. I then peed, my urine was goopy like semen, this was only barely after. This was the first time i had experienced this ever, i usually masturbate often but i had just taken the biggest break i have from it in a while, maybe a week, little under or over. I had just stopped going on walks/runs as i usually do just before i stopped masturbating. The end of the next day around the same time that my penis was shorter than it usually was when soft, yet it was kind of hard, like a preboner, though i think it might ve due to anxiety of being about to check it, ive also been wearing thick yet slightly tight pants and underwear with my penis held slightly tightly with my penis facing upward with the underside of the long part pressing against my underwear. Im a bit afraid to try again and see if its the same, not to mention the scared part of me making it difficult to get a boner.

Dear Goopy Urine,

TeenHealthFX thinks that it would be a good idea to meet with your primary care physician or an adolescent medicine doctor about this. If you have had annual physicals over the years, FX would imagine a doctor would have picked up on any underlying medical issues by now. But since it sounds like you are feeling anxious about this, it would be very helpful for you to meet with a medical professional who can go over with you what is normal and what is not when it comes to the penis and testicles in order to ease your anxiety. You can ask whatever questions you want and share any concerns, which your doctor can address directly with you.

If you don't have a doctor and live in northern New Jersey, you can call the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at 973-971-5199 for an appointment with an adolescent medicine specialist or contact your local teen health center or Planned Parenthood. A Planned Parenthood health center is a good option if you have concerns about cost or confidentiality issues. You can also contact your insurance company for a list of in-network providers.
