Sperm Life Span On Skin and Fabric
According to Web MD sperm can live for up to 1 week.
Sperm dies once it becomes dry. When sperm ends up on a towel or your skin, it only lives until it dries, which could be a few minutes to a half an hour.
Sperm lives for a few hours inside of a condom. Inside the vagina sperm can survive anywhere from 2 to 5 days, inside the cervix it can survive up to a week.
Washing your hands can kill the sperm on your fingers.
Hygiene is very important for our body’s health and wellness. It is always good practice to wash our hands frequently and practice good hygiene every day!
If you or someone you know has a question about their body, or sexual wellness it is best to discuss this with your trusted doctor, parents or guardian.
