- Only do what your body can handle (to avoid injuries)
- Building muscle or having a good stamina while working out can take time. Be patient with yourself
- Walking outside for at least 30 - 60 minutes every day can make a difference
- Sometimes exercising is more than just for physical benefits. It can be for your mental wellness as well 
- Eat your fruits and veggies 
- Get as much water in as possible every day
