Stress and Time - Management Tips
- Find a method that works for you and how you can best organize assignments (ex. a planner or using your phone)
- To avoid procrastinating work on assignments little by little instead of having to do big amounts
- Use free periods to your advantage
- Have a school – life balance, mental health comes first so make time for things that bring you joy
- Create a study space
- Failing a test is not the end of the world, try to figure out what went wrong, talk to your teacher for help and then try again
- School grades do not determine your self-worth
