• When you are studying silence your phone and put it away. Also, silence messages from coming up on your computer 
  • When taking a test always take a water bottle with you or chew gum to help you calm down 
  • On the morning of a test, wake up a bit earlier so you can relax and mentally prepare for it 
  • Get a planner to plan for projects, test, and study times 
  • Trying to plan your study days by the hour (for example, 11am – 1 pm focus only on the paper you have due, from 1pm – 3pm study for science, etc.) 
  • Do not cram all the studying you need to do the day before the test 
  • Take breaks and practice self-care after a long day of studying 
  • Try to connect certain scenarios to whatever topic you are studying. It can make it easier to remember those things long – term 
  • Use flash cards or quizlet
