- When you are studying silence your phone and put it away. Also, silence messages from coming up on your computer
- When taking a test always take a water bottle with you or chew gum to help you calm down
- On the morning of a test, wake up a bit earlier so you can relax and mentally prepare for it
- Get a planner to plan for projects, test, and study times
- Trying to plan your study days by the hour (for example, 11am – 1 pm focus only on the paper you have due, from 1pm – 3pm study for science, etc.)
- Do not cram all the studying you need to do the day before the test
- Take breaks and practice self-care after a long day of studying
- Try to connect certain scenarios to whatever topic you are studying. It can make it easier to remember those things long – term
