Can Urine and Semen Come Out At The Same Time?

There is a nerve block at the end of the urethra that shuts closed when the penis is erect (hard) to allow spearm to mix with seminal fluid (semen). It is possible that some fluid came out without being hard, but it generally is not urine. Since you mention having to "force" out pee, we recommend getting checked out by a doctor to make sure there is nothing going on. Only a doctor can diagnose and provide treatment, if necessary.
