So I recently discovered that a guy that I kissed had an STD in his mouth most likely herpes, I am not sure. This happened about 3 almost 4 months ago and my question is, is it possible for me to not have any symptoms after 4 months or blisters?

Unfortunately, TeenHealthFX cannot diagnose over the internet. We strongly encourage you to reach out to him. You need to know if he was tested for a sexually transmitted disease (STD), and what was the outcome.
You mention herpes. The CDC explains that there are two types of herpes, one is from sexual contact (genital herpes HSV-2) and the other non-sexual, usually from saliva (oral herpes HSV-1). Since a person can spread oral herpes through saliva without realizing it, we encourage you to get checked out, too.
